Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us immediately.
